SHABIO 30 Day Challenge

Week 1 is done. I've exercised 4 times this past week. We have a membership to our city gym that has a small workout/weight room in it. Monday is the first day I went. It was awesome! No one else was there, so I got to workout and watch whatever I wanted on TV all by myself.
So far, I've been starting on the elliptical machine and doing 15-20 minutes for a warmup. Then I move to the treadmill. I've really wanted to start running, so I just decided to do it. I started running 20 minutes on it with a 5 minute cooldown, and yesterday I ran a whole 30 minutes without stopping. I'm feeling really accomplished. Now to just stay motivated!
